Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SenderPub (the "Platform"), operated by RED PRESS WIRE LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SenderPub is a marketplace that connects advertisers who want to buy guest posts and backlinks with publishers who own websites. We provide the marketplace, escrow, messaging and payout tooling; we are not a party to the editorial agreement between an advertiser and a publisher.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• A single account can act as both an advertiser and a publisher; you may switch modes at any time.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. Wallet, payments & escrow

• Advertisers fund a wallet balance by card. Top-ups are non-refundable and your balance does not expire (see our Refund Policy).
• When an order is placed, the amount is held in escrow and released to the publisher only upon completion. Cancelled or undelivered orders are refunded to your platform balance.
• Publishers withdraw earnings in USDT (TRC20), weekly, with a $50 minimum.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

4. Publisher obligations

• List only websites you own or are authorised to sell placements on, with accurate details and a genuine sample post.
• Deliver accepted orders within your stated turnaround time and keep published links live.
• Metrics (e.g. DR, AS, traffic) are sourced from third parties and shown for reference; you must not misrepresent your sites.

5. Advertiser obligations

• Provide lawful target URLs, anchor text and (where applicable) article content.
• Do not order content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a publisher's guidelines.

6. Prohibited content

You may not use the Platform for content or links involving illegal activity, malware, adult/CSAM, hate, fraud, or anything that infringes third-party rights. We may remove listings or orders that violate this section.

7. Fees

Pricing for each placement is set by the publisher. Any platform fees or commissions are shown before you confirm an order. We may change fees prospectively with notice on the Platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, branding and content are owned by RED PRESS WIRE LTD. Content provided by users remains theirs; you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, traffic or the accuracy of third-party metrics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach. Non-refundable balances may be forfeited where an account is terminated for abuse, fraud or chargebacks.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
