Refund Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how payments, balances, escrow and withdrawals work on SenderPub. By adding funds or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable

All balance top-ups (deposits) are final and non-refundable. When you add funds, the amount is credited to your account balance and is available to spend on the platform. We do not return deposited funds to your original payment method under any circumstances.

2. Your balance never expires

Topped-up funds are credited to your account immediately and have unlimited usage time — your balance does not expire and remains available for future orders for as long as your account is active.

3. How escrow and order outcomes work

When you place an order, the order amount is held in escrow from your balance. Funds are released to the publisher only after the order is completed (you approve the published post, or it auto-approves after the review window).

4. Withdrawals (publishers)

Earnings from completed sales are withdrawable. Withdrawals are:

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. Make sure your USDT address is correct — payments sent to an address you provided cannot be reversed.

5. Chargebacks

Because deposits are non-refundable and immediately usable, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a top-up is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
